About Us
Professional Property Investor / Property Mentor / Trainer and Coach Hayley is a full time business owner, property investor, mentor, trainer and coach. She spends all of her working life either looking at investment opportunities to grow her and Paul’s portfolio, mentoring and training people on how to invest in the UK property market, consulting and assisting local councils with properties/processes within their department/region, or increasing her own knowledge through further learning (which is a lifelong commitment).
Prior to this, Hayley has held managerial and administrative positions within the leisure and tourism industry, senior sales and recruitment positions within a number of industries, as well as being a self-employed personal trainer.

Paul Andrews
Professional Property Investor / Property Mentor / Trainer and Coach Paul is also a full time business owner, property investor, mentor, trainer and coach. Like Hayley, his business time today is spent growing the portfolio and ensuring it is performing at its peak, automating the processes within the businesses that he and Hayley own, training and nurturing other investors on how to invest in the UK property market or increasing his own knowledge in the property and business space (also a lifelong commitment).
Prior to this Paul was employed within the Information Technology (IT) industry which he worked in following his graduation from Aston University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Computer Science. The vast majority of that time was spent as an Oracle Database programmer, and then as a Technology Business Partner and Technical Account Manager for a global provider of integrated communications.
